As a Bradfield College Golf Club member, we collect and process your contact, banking and identity data. Our legal basis for processing the data is our contract with you.

We have a legal obligation to retain payment records including some of your personal data for 7 years after your final payment. After that time (and if you are no longer a member) your data will be deleted.

Accident reports, which may include medical data, will be retained for a period of 6 years from the date of any recorded or reported incident in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.

At the expiry of any relevant retention periods, all physical records containing your personal data will be shredded, and any digitally stored records will be deleted.

You have the qualified right to request:

• Access to and porting of your data;
• Rectification or erasure of the data;
• Restriction of processing or to object to the processing.

You also have a right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, for example, the Information Commissioner’s Office https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/
